Terms of Service

These terms apply to DAYZ PRO (“the Hub”, dayzpro.online) and its Discord bots. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Hub.

Who can use the Hub

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age Discord requires in your country) and follow Discord’s Terms of Service. You are responsible for anything done with your Discord account on the Hub.

Server rules and bans

Our server and Discord rules apply on the Hub too. They are posted in the rules channel of our Discord server. Cheating, exploiting bugs (including CR or delivery exploits), fraud, harassment or impersonation can lead to warnings, removal of CR or items, removal from factions or divisions, and temporary or permanent bans from the game servers, Discord and the Hub. Bans and CR removed for rule breaks are not refunded. You can appeal through a Discord support ticket.

Credits (CR) are virtual

• CR is a virtual, in-game community currency. It has no real-money value and is not your property.
• CR cannot be cashed out, sold, exchanged for money or traded outside the systems the Hub provides.
• Spending CR is final: there are no refunds, except that we refund CR (never money) for a delivery that verifiably failed on our side.
• We may adjust balances to fix errors or abuse, and may change prices, rewards or the economy at any time.

Donations

Online donation payments are currently disabled. When enabled, donations are voluntary support for running the servers, not a purchase of goods, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Donor perks (such as bonus CR or roles) are currently granted manually by staff and may change.

Divisions and factions

Joining a division costs 5,000 CR and is non-refundable. You can belong to one division at a time; after leaving you must wait 24 hours before joining any division, and your rank resets. Faction fees and treasury donations are also non-refundable. Staff may remove members who break the rules, without refund.

Orders and deliveries

Shop, vehicle and NPC orders are delivered by automated systems, normally at the next server restart. Choose a safe delivery spot. We are not responsible for items lost after delivery (for example to other players, despawn or a server wipe).

DayZ is a trademark of Bohemia Interactive a.s. The Hub is an unofficial fan community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Bohemia Interactive. Other trademarks belong to their owners.

No warranty

The Hub is a free community service provided “as is”. Features can change, pause or end at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for in-game losses, wipes, missed events or outages of third-party services (Discord, Nitrado, Railway and others).
