Privacy Policy

DAYZ PRO (“the Hub”, dayzpro.online) is an unofficial community website for the DAYZ PRO / Asylum DayZ console servers. This policy explains what the Hub collects, why, and how you can have it removed.
Who runs the Hub
The Hub is run by the DAYZ PRO community staff. The easiest way to reach us is a support ticket on our Discord server. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Signing in with Discord
Sign-in uses Discord OAuth. When you sign in, Discord shares your Discord user id, username and avatar with us. We never receive your Discord password or email-based login. We use these to recognise you and attach your wallet, orders, quests, faction and division membership to your account.
What we store
- Your Discord id, username and avatar URL.
- Your linked in-game name (PSN gamertag) if you link one.
- Your Credits (CR) balance and transaction history (shop orders, daily rewards, quest payouts, faction and division fees).
- Orders you place and the delivery choice you make (for example a preset road spot, a map pin you chose, or “deliver at my last position”).
- Faction and division membership, ranks, reputation and quest progress.
- Game-server activity read from server logs (online status, kills for the killfeed and leaderboard, playtime) linked to your gamertag.
- Support and moderation records (audit logs) needed to prevent fraud and abuse.
What we never show publicly
Public pages never show other players’ live positions or base locations. Your own position is used only to deliver orders you request. Leaderboards and the killfeed show in-game names and combat stats only.
Credits (CR) and payments
CR is a virtual, in-game community currency with no real-money value (see the Terms). Online donation payments are currently disabled. If they are enabled, card payments are processed by Stripe; we receive the payment status and amount, never your full card details. Donor perks are currently granted manually by staff.
Cookies and local storage
The Hub uses only essential storage:
- Your sign-in session (browser local storage), so you stay signed in.
- Your theme choice (a first-party cookie and local storage).
- Small UI preferences, such as whether you have seen the intro this session or a draft in the NPC maker.
There are no advertising or analytics trackers, so no cookie banner is needed. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and map tiles from third-party tile hosts, which means those services see your IP address when your browser fetches them.
Who we share data with
Only the services needed to run the Hub: Discord (login, roles, bot messages), our hosting and database providers (Railway, MongoDB), our game-server host (Nitrado) and, if donations are enabled, Stripe. We share nothing for marketing.
How long we keep it, and deletion
We keep account data while you use the Hub. Order, payment and audit records may be kept longer where needed for fraud prevention and to resolve disputes. To get a copy of your data, correct it, unlink your gamertag or have your Hub records deleted, open a support ticket on our Discord. We will verify the request comes from your Discord account and act on it within 30 days. Deleting your Discord account itself is handled by Discord.
Age
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your country) to use the Hub, the same as Discord’s Terms of Service. DayZ itself is rated for mature audiences; follow the age rating for your region.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the Hub after a change means you accept the updated policy.
